The Strategy and Corporate Plan Refresh survey has now closed. We thank all of you who responded by sharing your valuable perspectives.
The project team, supported by Lecroma and VUCA Trust Advisors, will now be analysing the survey results and will share an update on the insights in the coming weeks.
We received a number of requests for a follow up discussion, the project team will contact you separately to coordinate a time slot for a further discussion on MI’s future direction.
The next steps for the Strategy and Corporate Plan Refresh project in the coming months will be the development of a Strategy Insights Paper, followed by the Corporate Plan. We will provide an update on these as soon as practicable.
