Survey Intro
Hello! Thank you for participating in this very important survey. Through a grant from the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council (PADDC), the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living (LVCIL)is looking to develop a Commonwealth-centered plan for service delivery. The responses you give to this survey will help our project to direct its focus to areas that are important to all people with disabilities. A series of town hall discussions will begin in the Spring of 2014 based on data collected through this survey. Your voice matters! The information you give will be tabulated for research purposes and maybe used in publication materials for this project and/or Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living.
