We would like to determine if this model is viable in your experience with using online communities as part of your face-to-face learning programs.

By responding to this survey, you agree to (1) be part of this research, (2) you are completing this survey out of your own volition, (3) responding not as a representative of your organization but as an individual, (4) you've recently experienced a face-to-face class in Canada and the class has an online community that you can participate in for the purposes of furthering what you've learned in your face-to-face class.
