To YMCA World Urban Network CEO Representatives,

As part of our Madrid conference and overall global strategic effort, the YMCA World Urban Network is planning on building, educating, identifying core needs and exciting you on the world of possibilities when it comes to a stronger, digitized, social, local, mobile YMCA brand for the future.

By successfully defining and aligning how our brand lives in the hearts of minds of our stakeholders, we want to deliver brand initiatives that resonate digitally and globally as well. Your leadership support and internal buy-in is integral to our success .

As stage 1 of this plan, over the next three months, we would love to understand your attitudes, beliefs, opportunities, challenges and current business and personal experience with social media, interactive technologies and digital tools.

We recognize that everyone may have different starting points and attitudes and hopefully this can act as a first step in reconciling these different experiences and perspectives.

We value your feedback. This survey, in conjunction with stakeholder interviews, will allow us to determine insights and key next steps for our Madrid conference.

The following survey consists of 15 questions and should take 10 minutes to complete. Although appreciated, don’t feel obligated to provide comments on each question. We will also treat your survey answers confidentially.
