The Kohala Center is conducting a statewide survey to gather information about value-added food production in Hawai‘i and the needs and concerns of processors. The data gathered from this survey will help The Kohala Center and its partners to develop and support recommendations for local and state cottage-food legislation.
Participation in this survey is appreciated and wholly voluntary. No personally identifiable information will be reported or shared outside of The Kohala Center. Survey responses will be combined with those from other participants and summarized in a report to further protect anonymity.
Respondents will have the option to share their names and contact information with The Kohala Center should they be willing to be contacted by the organization for further follow-up. All questions in this survey, including those asking for personal information, are entirely optional.
