Mentor Profile 2015

Thank you for your interest to be a mentor in the Texas Society of Architects Mentorship Program.

By forming families of one mentor and 4-5 emerging professionals, we hope to create an environment where all members of the group can feel free to contribute, share, and bring their own unique experiences to the table. Families are expected to connect on a monthly basis with at least one in-person meeting. Conference calls and video chat services should also be used to keep in touch throughout the year.

This profile will be used to form the families. It is very important that you fill out all pages of this form completely as it allows us to match you with EPs with relevant interests and needs.

If you filled this out last year, please update the information as there are additional questions.

After we match the families, we will provide you with the profiles of all of the EPs in your mentorship family so that you can see some of the similarities that lead to the matches. You will also be able to see the range of interests and concerns in the group to help guide the discussions and activities of the family.

If you have any questions about completing the profile, please contact Jason Haskins at jason@jjph.us.
