Family Programming Needs Assessment

The purpose of the Triangle Community Center Family Programming Needs Assessment Survey is to determine the needs of LGBTQ families and the extent to which individuals who identify as an LGBTQ parent or would-be parent would be interested in a set of LGBTQ family programs and services. The results of this anonymous survey will be used for program development by Triangle Community Center. 

The questions in this survey are based in part on input from our nonprofit community partners and from various studies from LGBTQ community centers similar to Triangle Community Center. This survey is completely anonymous and the results will only be reported collectively as totals of the responses received. At no time will you be asked to give personally identifying information and no individual responses will be reported. 

This survey should take approximately three minutes to complete.
