Welcome to the Summer Academy 2013 Online Registration Form. Academy workshops will be held on August 5-9, 2013.

Applications for registration are due on or before Friday, May 10th. Please complete this form to provide your contact information and prioritized course requests. We'll notify you of assigned courses after defining the schedule. We will be emailing updated information throughout the spring and summer to your school email address. Please be sure to check your email often.

To secure your spot, submit a $30 payment to the Curriculum Dept by May 31th. The registration fee covers lunch, materials, and snacks. If a cancellation is made after June 15, 2013, the Hortonville Area School District will retain the $30 fee. Cancellations must be phoned into the IT Dept at 920-779-7959.

Full-time HASD participants receive a $200 one-time salary payment after successful completion of the academy.

Viterbo University will offer one or two graduate credits to individuals willing to pay the tuition

$110 for one credit, or
$220 for two credits

To earn the credits, attendee must complete half-time (one credit) or full-time (two credits) and full-week attendance.
