Employer Registration for Seminole State College of Florida Job Shadow Program
Greetings employers!
This form allows you to register for the Seminole State College of Florida's Job Shadow program!
This free program is open to all majors and class levels and is a one day to five day (8 hours to 40 hours) job shadowing experience. Because you know your business, industry and organization best, you determine what types and lengths of experiences Seminole State College students matched with your company will be involved. These experiences can be hands-on activities, meetings or only observational options.
You may choose to host one or multiple job shadowing students in various career focus areas. For example, some employers host only one student for the entire week or a select few days. Some employers host multiple students, each shadowing a different department the whole week or a select few days. Other employers may host multiple students, but only one per day. Whatever your organization is capable of hosting and willing to provide to our students is to your discretion.
The job shadow program provides an opportunity for Seminole State College students to explore career fields, learn about professional expectations in the workplace and network with professionals. It is also an opportunity for you to brand your organization on the campus and identify top talent for possible internship or professional positions.

The program runs 3 times per year, once in May, once in August, and once in December.
