We at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Catholic School appreciate the confidence and trust you place in us to educate your child/children in a Christ-centered, Catholic faith-based school. As partners in the education of your child/children, your opinion can help us understand how satisfied you are with the educational services we provide. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for you and your child/children.
On behalf of the Faculty, School Board and Marketing Committee, we invite all parents to please complete this survey by May 31, 2013. This is the 7th annual parent survey, and we continue to work towards addressing issues that have been identified in previous surveys.
THE FIRST TWO QUESTIONS RELATE TO COMMUNICATIONS and FUNDRAISING, these areas are where we have made some adjustments this year and are interested in receiving honest and constructive feedback from all parents.
This is another opportunity to voice your opinions, tell us what you love about St. Rose and areas where you think we could improve.
Because we know your time is valuable and we view this as such an important part of our future planning, you are welcome to count your time spent on the survey as One Service Hour.
We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to share your opinion with us about what is working at our school, and areas where we may need some improvement. All responses will be kept confidential. You may choose to complete it anonymously, but we encourage you to sign your name to the survey so that we can personally address any concerns you may have.
