PURPOSE
The purpose of the Spring 2014 Survey is to provide feedback to school leaders at the district and building level. Survey results will be used for a variety of planning initiatives as well as contribute data to the new educator evaluation process for administrators and teachers

“WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN THIS SURVEY?”
We are striving for a high participation rate to ensure that results are representative of all teachers. The survey content was designed to be actionable—used to address your needs and make data-based decisions for planning purposes. There are many questions in this survey that will ask you to evaluate the support you are receiving, so that future support can be strengthened or modified according to your needs. Survey results will be analyzed and addressed at the school and District levels so that we can improve.

CONFIDENTIAL RESPONSES
All responses will be anonymous and confidential. Please do not put your name on your survey. No one at your school or at Central Office will be able to see your responses, and your responses are NOT linked to you in any way.

PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
Participation is voluntary. You may choose to skip questions that you do not feel comfortable answering, although we hope you will answer as many questions as possible. The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete. We are striving for a high participation rate—as close to 100% as possible.
