That's it! We are simply asking you to do the following:
1. Be willing to meet in person 4-6 times a year with a small business
2. Simply be available via phone or email to be a resource.
The program is informal and we're putting the responsibility on the part of the small business owner to reach out to you and to follow up. There are no rigorous forms to sign- small business mentors will be recognized in our e-communications throughout the year.
Once the form is completed, your name will be saved to our waiting list and as small businesses inquire, we will do our best to match you with someone who could benefit from your area of expertise. You will be contacted prior to us making the match!
