Dear Shepherd’s Hope Volunteer,
We know that in order for us to continue to be an excellent place to volunteer, we need to understand what things we are doing well and where we need to improve. In an effort to find out what our volunteers are thinking about Shepherd’s Hope, we are asking all volunteers to complete this brief 10-minute survey.
We would like to ask that you complete this request and submit it by July 17, 2013. As a way to say “Thank You” for completing this survey, the Shepherd’s Hope Health Center location with the highest response rate will be rewarded with a week-long “Edible Feast”. Thank you for all that you have done to support the patients, fellow volunteers and team members at Shepherd’s Hope.
