Award Nomination Form
The AAMI Service to the Community Award is presented to a grassroots volunteer, administrator, player, Club or organisation for providing an outstanding service to the community - through their involvement in Rugby League.
Nominees are judged on how they have met the needs of the local community, and hence improved the impact of Rugby League on the wider community in their area in some way.
Nominees can be recommended by any member of the community or Rugby League Club.
Judging Criteria
• Significant and unique contribution to the community
• Significant and unique contribution to Rugby League
• Meeting an identified need in the community through Rugby League
• Shows leadership
• Demonstration of Best Practice
