To help place you in a usability study, please complete the survey below. It should only take a few minutes of your time. Your answers will help us screen and set up our study. We won't select everyone who fills out this survey.
The study will take about 1.25 hours of your time on a day between February 19 - March 5, 2013 at city offices in downtown Seattle. We will ask you to do some tasks on the site which will help us assess how our site works.
We are looking for two kinds of people:
1. people who haven't had much experience with us or our website, but who expect to be visiting us in the future.
2. our regular and occasional customers.
We provide $100 compensation if we select you to participate in the study.
