Thank you for taking this survey related to Community Service activities that you are involved with. As you will see, the survey will ask about activities that are voluntary in nature or relate to your professional role.
Survey Definitions:
“Volunteer” Activities: Unpaid activity to benefit others (individuals, community organizations, religious groups, etc.).
“Service” or other Community-based learning or research activities: relate in some way to your role/job at the University or your particular skill-set.
“Community” refers to both Northeastern Pennsylvania and global service related activities.
