Alberta's New Rules of Court

The Legal Education Society of Alberta—with the assistance of the Alberta Law Reform Institute, Alberta Justice, Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, and Justice Canada—will be providing comprehensive training on the Alberta's New Rules of Court.

We want to bring you the very best in continuing legal education to meet your professional needs. You are invited to complete the following 2-minute anonymous survey to assist us with our programming decisions.
1."Introduction to the New Rules of Court: A Seamless Transition" is a half-day session scheduled for April 12, 2010 in Edmonton and April 19, 2010 in Calgary. It is recommended for all lawyers, articling students, and legal support staff in Alberta. Please choose one of the following:
2.Lawyers and legal support staff who need a solid understanding of the Rules of Court should attend 7 interactive courses covering all phases of litigation. Courses can be taken live or by online self-study. The live half-day workshops, with multiple offerings in both Edmonton and Calgary, will run Mondays starting September 13, 2010 (morning and afternoon options available). Please choose from one of the following options:
3.In addition to "The Seamless Transition" session and the seven (7) interactive training sessions, two (2) additional courses are planned (with dates and locations still to be determined). Please indicate your preferences with respect to these courses.
