Bu Rhwydwaith Llwybrau Dysgu14 – 19 Ceredigion yn casglu barn dysgwyr Blynyddoedd 10 i 13 ar eu cyrsiau ysgol ers rhai blynyddoedd gan ddychwelyd sylwadau’r bobl ifanc i’r ysgol berthnasol. Byddai’n ddefnyddiol iawn derbyn eich barn, fel rhieni, o’r cyrsiau mae eich meibion / merched yn dilyn yn yr un ystod oedran. ‘Rydym yn eich gwahodd felly i gwblhau’r holiadur sy’n dilyn.
Ar wahan i ofyn am enw’r ysgol a blwyddyn ysgol eich mab / merch, mae’r holiadur yn gwbl ddi-enw a chyfrinachol a byddai’ch sylwadau yn werthfawr iawn i ni pam yn adrodd yn ôl i’r ysgolion. Wedi i chwi gwblhau’r holiadur dim ond “clicio” ar y botwm “Wedi Gorffen” sydd raid ac fe ddaw eich ymatebion atom yn ganolog.

Dear Parents / Guardians / Carers
Ceredigion’s 14 – 19 Learning Pathways Network has been surveying the opinions of learners in Years 10 to 13 on their school courses for several years and returning the young peoples’ opinions to the relevant schools. It would be very useful to receive your views, as parents, on the courses your son / daughter is following in the same age range. We invite you therefore to complete the questionnaire that follows.
Apart from asking for the name of the school and your son / daughter’s year group, the questionnaire is totally anonymous and confidential and your comments would be very valuable to us when providing feedback to the schools. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you need only “click” on the “Done” button and your responses will return to us centrally.
