FACES is looking forward to contracting with energetic individuals who believe in the FACES mission and want to expand the support and educational activities for all foster, adoptive, and kinship families in Virginia. The consulting positions will be contractual which means there are no fringe benefits and no tax payments provided by FACES. Consultants will receive a 1099, rather than a W-2.

* 7. FACES pays mileage to consultants traveling great than 50 miles in one day. Our mileage reimbursement for consultants is $.50 per mile. Will this work for you?

* 8. FACES will use a pay for performance scale for monthly contract payments. Our rates are $50 per agency visit (plus mileage if you travel greater than 50 miles in the day); $10 per hour to cover phone lines transferred to a cell line furnished by FACES as well as covering on-line chat forums; $12 per hour for covering our office/shop; and $100 for presentations. Are you able to provide reports and accept this pay process?
