We are currently in the process of preparing for the next contract for non-emergency patient transport (PTS) in the North West and would like to hear your views about how the service could be improved.
There are limited resources available so it is important to be aware by improving times for pick up, drop off and collection this may result in increased costs. Our aim is to purchase the best service possible within the budget available to us. We would appreciate your views and what you value as important for a non-emergency patient transport service.
