The American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) and the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) are considering the development of an accreditation program for Perioperative TEE. In an effort to gather data and assess the potential interest in such a program, we are asking related members of the medical community to respond to this brief survey. Multiple survey completions by more than one individual at a given facility are encouraged.
