Introduction

Thank you for participating in the University of Denver  Metrolink Suicide Prevention Project. This survey was designed to assess your attitudes, knowledge and perceptions regarding trespass and suicide on the railroad .  We are interested in your perceptions and experiences over the last few months.

Your responses will only be viewed by the research staff at the University of Denver.   

Only aggregate data, trends and edited comments will be shared with the company.   Some optional descriptive information will be requested which will assist us in the analysis and interpretation of the data. 

The survey is COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY and only takes about 10 minutes or less to complete.
