The Pb Safe Pledge

During any renovation or painting project at my home, I pledge to ensure that all work is performed in a lead safe manor to prevent lead poisoning from occurring. I will achieve this by hiring contractors who are certified to perform renovation or painting activities in a lead-safe manor or to educate myself on the proper lead-safe work practices to take if I am performing the work myself. Also, if I am asked about the Pb Safe logo on my item, I will share with those asking the need to prevent lead poisoning by performing such work in a lead safe manner.
