Please complete the following survey to determine how much your Bargaining Team will seek for your pay rise. Further information on the bargaining and key information to help you decide on a pay rise, (CPI, what other Universities have paid) so far can be found here http://psa.asn.au/charles-sturt-university/
The amount will be decided by a clear majority, or if no clear majority, the average of the top 2.
If enough members support a strong campaign, and possible industrial action for more money, then we will let you all know and start the campaign for the amount decided.
If a majority of members are willing to trade off any conditions - and we strongly advise against this, but as always, its YOUR choice! - then we will flag this with management based on the feedback provided, and report back to members ASAP.
