At Zesty (www.zesty.co.uk) we are conducting UK industry wide research into the reasons why patients do not attend (DNA) booked appointments.
The research covers Chiropractors, Dentists, GPs, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists. In each area we are asking clinicians, Practice Managers, Receptionists and other qualified professionals for their views and insights.
We'd like to ask you a few questions to get your opinions on this. In all it should only take about 5 mins to complete.
