Parish Self Study Survey
This survey is to be completed by persons who are registered members or regular attendees of Saint Agnes Catholic Community. St. Agnes & St. Patrick Churches.
Three Options for Parish Survey - Short Survey (10 Questions), Longer Survey (40 Questions) or both. (Complete Survey is most helpful to the strategic planning process of the parish). Any input is valuable to us. At the end of this anonomous survey we are asking 10 demographic questions. Final page is available for comments and suggestions.
For each question on the longer survey you will be asked:
How important is it to you.
(SCALE 1= NOT IMPORTANT/ TO 7 = VERY IMPORTANT OR ANYTHING IN BETWEEN. 8 = DON'T KNOW OR NOT APPLICABLE)
How well the parish provides for this aspect of parish life.
