Survey for parents or carers of premature and sick babies
Bliss, the UK's special care baby charity is carrying out research into the financial costs families experience after having a premature or sick baby.
The purpose of the survey is to gather detailed and robust information about the scale of costs families incur while their baby is in neonatal care (specialist hospital care for babies immediately after birth). This will guide our campaigning work and help us to make a strong case for greater help and support for families across the UK.
We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire. It should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. Any information provided will be treated confidentially and responses will remain anonymous.
