1. Parent Volunteer Survey
Booster parent volunteers are essential to the functioning of the TOHS Instrumental Music Department.
Please remember all parents of students in the Music Department, (regardless of the class period their student is enrolled), are asked to volunteer. While volunteering you get to develop long lasting friendships with other Booster parents/families and you get to know an awesome group of kids. We appreciate all your help and look forward to a great year of fun and friendship!
We would like as many parents involved as possible. Please complete the following survey to let us know what you may be interested in doing. You will be notified prior to the event to make sure you are still available and want to do it. Please sign up, your involvement will enhance your and your child's band experience.
We strongly urge each family to volunteer for something. There are many areas that don't involve long hours of commitment.
Note: This survey needs to be completed once for each adult individual volunteering. Sorry multiple volunteers from the same family may not share the same survey.
