Palo Alto Architectural Style and Aesthetics Survey

 25%
This survey is an attempt to identify and quantify the public's preference for and appraisal of a few architectural styles in the city of Palo Alto and elsewhere. The focus is on public and commercial buildings because they are the most visible to the most people, usually situated on main streets or central locations.

The results are intended to assist both the public and the City of Palo Alto's institutions (City Council, Planning and Community Environment Department, and Architectural Review Board) to evaluate aesthetic issues of proposed designs in more objective terms, and to inform the architecture profession and developers.
