All management and employees have been offered or received training regarding the NEW online Wellness Self-Assessment tool, and with minor exception, we hope all divisions and employees will begin using this new format this week. This online tool is extremely user-friendly, has very helpful reporting capabilities for managers, and more efficient record keeping methods for HR and Safety.  

We ask that you please complete this brief, four question survey to convey your Division's (or Department’s) intentions regarding the use of this new reporting system by Friday, August 14th.
