One number for Estuary Housing Association
We are making some changes to our telephone numbers and would appreciate your feedback.
We know that a high percentage of our residents, (62% according to the last STAR survey), prefer to contact us by phone. We realise we have a small selection of numbers advertised on our website and literature, which can be confusing.
We are proposing that we move to a single number for Estuary Housing Association and the options we would like your views on, are as follows:
Option one:
A geographic number, starting with 01/02/03 that is charged at local rate, from landlines and mobiles. Depending on your mobile tariff, calls to this number may be free. Best option if you use your mobile to call us.
Option two:
A non geographic number, starting with 0800, that is free to call from landlines. Charges will apply to call from a mobile. Best option if you use your landline to call us.
Please let us know, by voting once, which option you prefer by the end of August 2014.
