On Thursday, Oct 22, over 600 entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders will gather to celebrate our state’s best and brightest young companies and entrepreneurs.Our Awards program honors the skill and courage that it takes for entrepreneurs to create a business out of an idea.
This year, we are presenting the inaugural "Game Changer" Award, honoring an innovative new product or service that has great potential to disrupt its industry. The Award is not limited to any specific industry, but is only open to products/services of companies with under $5 million in revenue.
The Award will honor a specific product or service, not a company as a whole. If you would like to nominate a product or service that's not your own, you will need to work with the company that offers it to fill out this nomination form.
The information submitted within this Nomination Form will be treated as highly confidential and will be used solely by the Judging Committee. For a nominee company to be considered, all information requested herein must be provided – only completed forms will be presented to the Judging Committee. OEN reserves the right to seek third-party verification of nominees when deemed appropriate.
The deadline for receipt of completed nomination forms is Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
NOTE: The CEO of each finalist product or service must commit to attending the awards dinner, to be held Thursday, October 22 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.
