The Northwest Hills Council of Governments, with financial support from the Connecticut Department of Agriculture and in collaboration with Partners for Sustainable Healthy Communities, is exploring the development of a regional food hub as a way of supporting local farms and connecting them to new and expanded sales channels.

Please complete this survey to help us gauge the level of interest among producers in selling their food products to local buyers through a food hub.

This survey is intended to assess a broad range of products, including vegetables, fruits, proteins and dairy. We recognize that some questions may not be relevant to you based on the particular set of products you produce. Questions not relevant to you may be skipped.

This is only a survey and your responses are not binding in any way. All individual survey responses will be kept strictly confidential and responses will be reported in summary form, only for the purposes of this study.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Thank you so much for your time and participation. Please forward the survey link to other producers who may be interested.

The next step in this study will be a Harvest Dinner in the fall, during which attendees will learn about results from the study and be able to inform next steps. We will contact you later this month with information about this event.
