We are updating our complaints process and want to know what you think about the proposed changes.

This survey is for

  • communication professionals who are registered with us;
  • individuals who use the services of communication professionals who are registered with us;
  • organisations that use the services of communication professionals who are registered with us; and
  • interested organisations.

The complaints process can be used by individuals and organisations if they think a communication professional has not acted how the Code of Conduct says they should.

To find out about the new complaints process read the draft handbook and factsheets online. You might want to read them before starting the survey.

You might also want to look at the questions first. Whilst we will appreciate a full response, you only have to answer the questions you think are relevant to you.

You can come back to the survey any time before the deadline. Your response won't be submitted until you click 'Done' on the final page.
