Dear Coach/Adminstrator/Counselor,
On May 7th, the Memphis Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame will recognize eleven high school scholar athletes from the surrounding Memphis area. The scholar athletes will be presented with a monetary scholarship in front of their family, friends and coaches at our prestigious awards dinner.
Please help us continue this tradition by nominating a candidate to represent your school. Once you have made your selection, please complete this online nomination form. For your convenience, a copy of the nomination form was attached to the Email you received that can be used to gather a candidate’s information. The form can also be submitted through fax at the following number. 901-271-3482
Please remember that candidates must be graduating seniors, active participants on the football team and they must possess positive leadership and citizenship characteristics. ACT scores under 18 cannot be accepted and the overall scholastic grade point average should be based on an un-weighted 4.0 grading scale. All nomination forms are due by Friday, March 16th and if you do not have a candidate this year, we would appreciate a confirmation to ensure your school is accounted for each year.
