The staff of North Bay Hydro would like your feedback to help plan its future capital investment focus and customer support levels for the years ahead. The information obtained from this survey will help identify the needs and expectations of our community and your businesses. This survey will take no longer than 5 minutes of your time and will influence the next 5+ years of your service in North Bay. We thank you in advance for participating. Your survey results will remain anonymous unless you choose to include your contact information in the fields provided.
To thank you for your time, we will donate $50 on behalf of the first 100 companies that complete the survey to help a family in need this holiday season through the Santa Fund.
Every year the North Bay Santa Fund collects donations to help those in need. Their volunteers assemble over 800 baskets of groceries and over 1,700 toys to be delivered to families and children in the North Bay area.
The survey closes December 13, 2013 at 5pm. First 100 business owners will notified about their donation to the Santa Fund the following week.
