Congratulations on making it to the USTA Middle States Section Championship!
In addition to scores and results, we are interested in learning more about the special human dynamics that make up your team. Thinking of your team as a whole or as individuals, please use this form to describe experiences encountered on your road to the Section Championships. This may be tennis-related OR not. It may include personal triumphs (ex. John Smith overcomes injury to win championships match for team), team glories (ex. Team Middle States creates fundraiser for cancer research), fun facts (ex. Team Includes three Brother/Sister Siblings). It could even be the significance of your team name, or anything else of interest.
