The survey is for people with disabilities and older adults who reside in Fairfax County or the cities of Fairfax or Falls Church.
Your answers will help the county improve transportation services to older adults and people with disabilities.
The survey asks you to share your travel patterns and transportation needs. There are 27, mostly, multiple choice questions. We estimate it should take about 10 minutes to complete.
