GELATO APPRECIATION CLASS
$160 per person. 22 people per class 

Part gelato making class, part info session, part science lesson, and part gelato degustation with our chefs. You get to see what goes on behind the scenes, meet our chefs, we’ll let you in on a few of our gelato secrets + you get to eat a lot of gelato.

HANDS ON GELATO MAKING CLASS
$250 per person. Max 12 people per class

Each participant will create and pasteurise their own gelato and sorbet using a Thermomix. You’ll come away knowing what to put in, when to put it in, and how much is just right. All in the loving and helpful hands of our head chefs and gelato experts! You also eat gelato and take home your own creations.
