The following is a survey which enables attorneys to provide input regarding a specific mediation experience in this Court. The survey is only available to members of the Bar who are registered users of the CM/ECF System in the Southern District of Florida.

Feedback from this survey will be reviewed by the Ad Hoc Committee on Court Annexed Mediation for the Southern District of Florida.
