Please complete the following operator checklist within 3 days of the promotion start date. The checklist consists of three parts: Pickup, Drive or Lobby order, Training Verification and POP/Job Aid uploads. To complete the checklist in one continuous flow, complete the following steps:

1. Prior to arriving, place a pickup order for any Matcha beverage Offering and any food item.
2. Upon arriving to the House, go through the drive thru or front counter and place an order for any Matcha Beverage. Did the suggest the Matcha upon arrival or offer any upgrades?
3. Complete the quality and procedure checks outlined in the checklist.
4. Verify that POP snapshots have been uploaded through the Admin Site.
5. Verify that each employee has completed training via high touch training checklist.

Remember, the Operator Checklist is meant to be an engaging and fun training tool as employees and operators practice the fundamentals of the monthly focus for each promotional window. This tool will also help provide overall feedback for company training opportunities and best practices for delivering extraordinary experiences every time.
