The purpose of this survey is to evaluate payer and provider awareness of and satisfaction with the work that the Mass Collaborative has been doing on administrative simplification. The Mass Collaborative was formed in 2009 and is comprised of payers, providers, MHA, MMS, and MAHP. Our work encompasses further streamlining and improving credentialing, eligibility processes, payer/provider communications, denied claims appeals, authorizations, and coding. We appreciate your taking the time to complete this brief survey. Survey results will be reported in the aggregate; no individual results will be shared.
