Your feedback on what items you have found hard to read will support us to advocate for readable material.
A separate form should be completed for each item that you have found hard to read. We ask that you complete the form for hard to read items you come across between now and 30th September 2015.
Each complete example of unreadable items will put you in the monthly draw to win a $100 grocery voucher! The person who identifies the most sources of unreadable items will win, so the more entries you make the greater your chances of winning!
