Why Participate?

The Center for Outreach Services provides support to families with children who have hearing loss and to schools across the state of Ohio.

This is a survey to find out what kind of information parents and families of children with hearing loss need to guide their child on the path to a successful and independent life after high school.

Beginning in the 2014 - 2015 school year, the Center for Outreach Services plans to host events entitled "Family Universities," where families and students can get more information on the topics below.

Survey responses will help us plan topics and speakers that best suit your needs. This survey should take not more than 10 minutes of your time. All survey responses are anonymous and confidential.

disability support services that are available in colleges and post secondary institutions and how those differ from high school.
parent support groups and mentors who will listen to my concerns and provide me information and support.
opportunities for me to provide feedback to the school system about what they are doing right as well as areas for improvement.
