When we embarked on our most recent strategic plan, business and industry suggested that we maintain ongoing communication to identify needs and workforce solutions. Thus, I’m sharing KCC’s employer survey with a select group of area leaders, and I’m looking forward to your feedback.
The intent of the questions is to show us where the college can enhance our partnerships or develop new ones. I know our organizations already work together in many cases, but these survey results will show us where we can grow.
The survey is a quick one. You can complete it yourself, or pass it along to the more appropriate person in your organization.
