(OPTION A) PPP Assets ESG Questionnaire 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022

Dalmore is committed to responsible investing that builds long-term value and sustainable growth across its assets. As such, we consider the environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects of each of our assets' operations. Maintaining high ESG standards across all our assets is important and we seek to strengthen our ESG policies and reporting process to ensure that these meet the growing expectations of both investors and wider stakeholders.  New regulatory requirements around ESG disclosures mean that most of the data we ask you to provide are directly linked to existing or future compliance requirements under evolving ESG regulations.

 

The purpose of this questionnaire is to develop a structured understanding of current practices and performance within the portfolio. Questions have been devised around nine core themes, which we have tailored to align with your operations. Responses will allow Dalmore Capital to obtain a more complete picture of the performance of its portfolio companies with a view to support their improvement, as well as help to identify and support sharing of best practices and other useful information across the fund.

 

Answers to all questions should be completed by the General Manager of each project company. Guidance has been provided throughout the questionnaire to help.
