The City of North Liberty would like to get some information from the community about how they receive city news, alerts and other information.
After taking this quick survey, you will have the chance to enter a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to the North Liberty Community Center that can be used towards track and gym passes, the aquatic center, recreation programs, events and other services.
You must be at least 18 years of age AND live or work in North Liberty to complete this survey.
