Introduction to the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to learn how people who are hard of hearing use their mobile phones, and also to learn about their hearing experiences while attending public meetings and events.

The information collected will help designers and engineers make new wireless devices and services that meet your needs. Please try your best to complete all parts of this survey. Your answers are important to us, even if you don't use wireless technology.

Your personal information will not be sold or used in any way other than for research related to this survey. Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential.
