Hall Street infrastructure and beautification

Later this month, the Nelson City Council, at a special meeting will address the question of the 4 million dollar project to upgrade infrastructure to water and electricity and sewer on Hall Street.

Because they’re ripping up the street, they thought that this would be an ideal time to beautify Hall Street and make it an easy thoroughfare between Baker Street and the lakeside.

Not everyone agrees with the proposed changes. What do you think?
