DESCRIPTION OF RESEARCH STUDY
Several studies have been conducted looking into the influence of gratitude in personal relationships. This study will attempt to validate an assessment (GRACE Scale) that has been developed to measure relational grace/gratitude in personal relationships. Assessment instruments, whole or in part, that seek to confirm and contrast factors of grace/gratitude in an individual will be administered, and the results will be evaluated using exploratory factor analysis. These assessments include the Gratitude Questionnaire, the Appreciation Inventory, the Interpersonal Relationship Resolution Scale, the Vengeance Scale, and the Hostile Automatic Thoughts Scale. The research will provide for counselors and therapists greater insight into the influence of relational grace/gratitude on personal relationships, and move researchers a step closer to providing a validated assessment of relational grace for use with individuals.

If you decide to participate, then you will be asked to complete an online survey questionnaire, which should take 15 to 20 minutes. The data collected from the survey will be analyzed to validate the GRACE scale assessment.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
